Final Major Project Music Video

A music video I made for my final major project unit. I did the music video to the song 'Ghosts n Stuff' by Deadmau5. I filmed it over the course of a month in various locations in my house and near to college and edited it all together on premiere.

Bangarang Music Video

This is a music video I made to the song Bangarang by Skrillex. I worked in a group to make this and we filmed over a number of weeks in locations nearby to college. We edited it on Adobe Premiere but we had a lot of clips so quite a bit is missing in order to make the video fit the song.

Continuity Editing Practice

This is a video I made of Chris Gladwin drinkin tea, the purpose of it is purely continuity editing practice before I edited my short film together, just to get a good understanding of how to keep continuity. It was made on Adobe Premier and as well as helping me understand continuity, it gave me a better understanding of Adobe Premier as well.

The Devil Ride Out Title Sequence

This is a title sequence remake from the film The Devil Rides Out which was created mainly for practice, I made it on Adobe After Effects and Premier and this involved lots of techniques in both softwares and has given me a better understanding of those softwares.

NHS In Salford and Proud

This a video that I made in a group for Unit 30, we had to work to a brief given by the NHS which involved working to strict deadlines and a strict brief, unlike when we've been given brief's from teachers. We had to make an advert promoting Salford to be played in Salford Royal hospital for people to see that there is more to Salford than meets the eye. This is a combination of footage and images we took of Salford, edited together on Adobe After Effects and Premier.

SProc.net Motion Graphic

This is a motion graphic I created for Unit 64. Before I completed this I had to complete research into motion graphics as part of the unit and use that research in creating this. I mainly use software called Lightwave to create three different motion graphics but had to use Adobe Premier and After Effects to put the three graphics together into one. This required a lot of technical skill, research and planning to create. It also helped me create my E-Stings graphic because I had a better understanding of what is required to create a motion graphic and could use the software better.

E-Stings Motion Graphic

This a motion graphic I made for E4. I had to work to a brief and follow the guidelines on the E4 website as to what is involved in the graphic. It had to be 10 seconds long and I had to choose one of several soundtracks to have in the background. I had to use a default E4 logo in the video and had to use adobe after effects to create the animation.
